Return Policy

If you are not happy with your order (for any reason big or small), we will gladly accept your return within 30 days.  We ask that the product is not used nor damaged in anyway. Return shipping, however, is at the buyer's expense.


We do not offer store credit. Any exchanges will be processed as new orders.

We only use stainless steel, brass, and powder coated matte black hardware.  They are water resistant but still have the ability to rust, form patina or chip. We're not responsible for any normal wear and tear of your gear. 

If we make a mistake, and send you the wrong item; Contact me! We will gladly pay for the return shipping and send you the correct item right away!



Shipping Policy

As of right now, we only ship to the US & Canada. We plan to expand as we grow. We will begin processing your order within 3-5 business days of recieving your payment. We ship 2-3 days after processing has finished.

We ship your order via USPS Priority mail. You will get an email when the label is printed that includes the tracking number. 


Mellin Crafts is responsible for your package until we receive a delivery notice. If you (purchaser) claim your package was not received, but the tracking states the package was delivered. We are no longer responsible. If this happens, we recommend you reach out to USPS. 

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.  If the package gets returned to us, we will ask for a new shipping fee to re-send the item to you. If the package gets lost due to incorrect address, we will not refund you or send you replacement items. 

If you put the correct address, but we, our system made a mistake. We will gladly send you a replacement.
