When do you release new products?
I try to release new bandana's, toy's, and products every season or holiday. BioThane releases 2-4 new colors each year, and we do our best to keep a large stock.
How will I know when you release new products?
You'll be able to get new product announcements through signing up for our email campaigns, or following our social media platforms.
How do I tie your bandanas?
Our bandana's are designed to be rolled down once or twice, tied, then buttoned. This is ultimately your preference!
How do I clean my BioThane Products?
We recommend a gentle soap and warm water. You can look at our BioThane Information page for more!
Shipping & Order Information
What if my package gets lost or damaged?
If you (purchaser) claim your order was not received, but the tracking states the package was delivered, Mellin Crafts is no longer responsible. You may reach out to the postal carrier. However, when postal carriers loses packages the information never says delivered or notice left. If that case happens we are happy to work with you on filing a claim with them.
I put the wrong address! What do I do?
This has happened to me. Believe me, it sucks. If you reach out while your order is still processing, then we can change your address on our end.
please be aware; we are not responsible for incorrect addresses that have already shipped. please DOUBLE check your address.
How do I return a product?
If you're not happy with your order, we're glad to start a return process. You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item for a refund. We do NOT offer free return shipping, however you will get a FULL REFUND. It takes about 5-7 business days to process the full amount.

Dog Models, Donations and Discounts.
How can my dog and I become models?
Well THANK YOU so much for your interest in our brand! As of right now I am not looking for more models. The best ways of supporting us right now are following and interacting with our socials. We will always love to see pictures of your pups in our gear!
Will you donate products to a giveaway/fundraiser?
I would LOVE to participate in giveaways! However I will not give you free items. You can contact me to participate in your giveaway, but I always reserve the right to decline.
Can you send me free/reduced prodcuts for xyz?
Thank you for your interest! I would LOVE reviews but I will not trade products for free reviews. You may use our Model's discount codes for a 20% discount.
I can't afford your prices. Will you give me a discount or trade?
I DO NOT give individuals discounts for my products that I do not offer.
You can check out our models on Instagram for codes that give 20% off, or wait for a sale.
